1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging HK Energies for solar installation services or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
HK Energies provides solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) services including site survey, system design, equipment supply, installation, commissioning, net metering assistance, subsidy application support, and annual maintenance contracts. Specific scope of work is defined in individual project agreements.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on equipment availability and government policy changes. Final pricing is confirmed in the signed project agreement. GST and other applicable taxes are charged as per prevailing rates.
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment schedule: 30% advance on order confirmation, 40% on material delivery, 20% on installation completion, 10% on commissioning and handover. Payment terms may vary for large projects and are specified in the project agreement.
5. Warranties
Solar panels carry a 25-year linear performance warranty and 10-year product warranty from the manufacturer. Inverters carry a 5–10 year warranty depending on brand. HK Energies provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on installation. Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.
6. Subsidy and Government Schemes
HK Energies assists customers in applying for government subsidies including PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. Subsidy amounts and eligibility are determined by government agencies and are subject to change. HK Energies does not guarantee subsidy approval and is not liable for delays or rejections by government authorities.
7. Limitation of Liability
HK Energies' liability is limited to the value of the project contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of revenue, loss of savings, or business interruption. Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, and supply chain disruptions are excluded from liability.
8. Intellectual Property
All system designs, proposals, and technical documents prepared by HK Energies remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Customers may not share or reproduce these documents without written consent.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.
